prison system, vis-a-vis the appellant, must be calculated
to release stresses, resolve tensions ... personality of the
quondam criminal. It is correctionally desirable to grant
parole to prisoners periodically, and it is important for
the prison department to explore
various dictionary meaning of the word
'Parole' held that the action for grant of parole, generally speaking is
an administrative action ... order of parole or
rules or instructions specifically indicates as a term and

Parole is essentially
