compromise shall be a part of the decree.
6. The sum and substance of the above compromise
petition is that ... along
with plaintiff. They contended that the partial compromise
between some of the defendants and plaintiff is not
maintainable. Further it is contended that where
order:-
"The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
that partial compromise cannot be accepted. He contended that
a fraud was played upon this ... present case compromise presented before
the court was a partial compromise. Partial compromise cannot be
accepted and hence, order dated 15.3.2018 passed
further submitted that
the trial court had accepted the compromise partially qua offence
under Section 406 IPC as the same was compoundable, but the
compromise
