witness opined that hanging could be ruled out. There can be no text book ... doubt that the corpse displayed all signs of hanging. Merely because one leg
may have been partially on the ground and the other slightly above
submission of a partial chargesheet by the police in
the facts was only a ruse to keep a demaclese sword hanging
over the head ... advantage of the
demaclese sword kept hanging by them on the head of the
petitioner by submitting partial chargesheet under the
Magistrate triable Sections even
marked Exhibit P/3 clearly bore the smell
of kerosene. The clock hanging on the wall in the room was also burnt. The
remains ... remains of Lungi of the deceased were also recovered partially burnt with smell of
kerosene on it.
