During the search of his bag, 200 strips of capsules 'Parvon Spas'
were recovered. Each strip was containing 20 said capsules. After
parcel containing
40 corex bottles, third parcel of 990 capsules of Parvon Spas were
recovered from the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that
Substances Act, 1985 for
being in possession of 250 capsules of Parvon Spas, 208 capsules of
Spasmo Proxyvon, 16 injections of Avil and 16 injections
years for being found in illegal possession of 340
capsules of Parvon Spas and 100 tablets of Carisoma, a non-commercial
quantity, the applicant-appellant
