Jothimanian, learned counsel for the
Appellants on record had requested for a Passover but some
arguments were heard as they submitted that the Senior Counsel
press on his point.
23. Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi had sought a passover when the matter was
taken up to produce the entire file before
Applicant Bank and Counsel for the Defendants present. Defendants Counsel sought a passover in the morning that Counter Proof Affidavit
appeal was taken up, the
assessee's counsel sought for a Passover and the matter was subsequently
taken
sought to passover the matter for the appearance of DRO,
hence the matter was passed over to 02.15 p.m. at Chamber. Since the
Kancheepuram
sought to passover the matter for the appearance of DRO,
hence the matter was passed over to 02.15 p.m. at Chamber. Since the

that the learned counsel would passover this particular information.
8. On appearance, the 1st respondent may examine the petitioner
Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, sought for a passover for the purpose of ascertaining the legal status of the said
local laws shall be less
