4. On 25.9.2019 interim order dated
certain conditions. One of the
conditions was that they shall surrender their passport in the
court and if they have got no passport, they shall ... that the
petitioners shall surrender their passports before the Court, is
illegal, it automatically follows that the passports surrendered by
them before the court below

13. That based on such advice, I got the Swiss Passport
bearing No.X1094525 issued ... passport authorities that he also had
a Swiss passport and consequently they informed that the declaration in column
no.8(ii) of the passport application
leave India without prior
permission of the Ld. Trial
Court;
(8) Surrender his passport, if any,
before the Investigating Officer
within a week ... leave
India without prior permission of trial Court and
surrender passport, if any. She further submitted

4. On 25.9.2019 interim order dated
aforesaid
order provides that the applicant shall surrender his
passport before the trial court within a period of one
week from the date of passing ... submitted that pursuant to the said condition,
applicant has already surrendered his passport before
the trial Court.
4. Learned advocate further submitted that on account
shall be subject to the following conditions :
(1) Petitioner shall immediately surrender his passport
before the jurisdictional Magistrate's court concerned in
relation ... before the court below. The jurisdictional
Magistrate shall release the passport surrendered by the
petitioner for the said purpose."
Thereafter, again the matter came
Passport with the Regional Passport Office at Cochin, Kerala and obtained
Passport bearing No.E3581215 on 31.10.2002. Thereafter on expiry of the said
passport ... obtained Indian
passports on 31.10.2002 and on expiry of the said passport, the petitioner again
applied for fresh passport and obtained the same
party if noon exchange time is not feasible
all parties will surrender their passports, including
child’s passport, to guardian ad liten. Mother to reside ... party. If a settlement
was not possible then they were to surrender their passports
including the child’s passport to the guardian ad litem
