their e-payment gateway services which were being provided ... petitioner No.1 following which Paytm vide its letter dated August 11,
2017 sought a response from the petitioner No.l. The petitioner
explained
transferred Rs. 20,000/ through his bank and Rs. 10,000/
through Paytm to defendant. Defendant duly admitted and
acknowledged the receipt ... each in defendant's bank account and Paytm account
on 27.02.2017. It is the case of plaintiff that defendant had
falsely claimed that Crown
applicant in her Salary Account with the
Kotak Mahindra Bank, Paytm Account and Google Pay Account.
4. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that ... accounts i.e. her Salary Account with the Kotak Mahindra Bank,
Paytm Account and Google Pay Account and personal accounts in
whichever banks
through ICICI Credit Card and got
transferred Rs.14,000/- from the PAYTM to his
PAYTM account. Thereby the accused committed the
aforesaid offences ... ICICI Credit Card and got transferred an
amount of Rs.14,000/- PAYTM account to his PAYTM
account.
7. PW1 Syamkrishnan - the complainant has
deposed
complainant in installments either through transfer into his account or through
PayTM. When he asked for return of his security cheque, complainant refused the

amount by cash or paytm app during Ravinder Uppal's lifetime and

amount to him via his paytm account. As per plaintiff, unfortunately
deceased Sh. Ravinder Uppal had expired

51. The 2008 amendment
some material from his shop and made
payment of Rs.5000/- through PayTM. He received a
message from the mobile number of the petitioner ... submits that though the amount was not
credited in his account though PayTM but later on he has
received the amount in question, therefore
various types of prepaid payment instruments (PPIs),
including digital wallets, such as PayTM, PhonePe and Google Pay. With a
view to ensuring customers' safety
