Notice in this appeal was issued to the respondents
Cell regarding fraud committed on mobile
no. 9811348997 for blockade of Paytm Account. PIO/Addl. Dy. Commissioner
of Police-I, vide letter dated 10.02.2018 stated ... seeks to know the reason for blocking of her Paytm
account on the basis of a frivolous and false complaint.
Respondent has submitted during
record as the payments made by the
defendant through her Paytm account and/or through her own
saving bank account have been shown ... suggestion that the defendant paid a sum of Rs.
1150/ throgh Paytm towards electricity charges and he further
denied that the defendant paid
Amazon are the bigger competitors; moreover, there are other players like
Paytm Mall, SnapDeal, Shopclues etc. No doubt, the size and resources of
Flipkart ... have entered or propose to enter the e-commerce
segment, such as Paytm Mall, thus indicative of low entry barriers.
29. Be that
accounts of both firms, inter-alia, in ticket bookings, online
shopping, Paytm recharges, purchasing from unknown parties, online
transfers to vendors, contractors and individuals
free and have all transactions done, either through debit cards, credit cards, Paytm, etc. Even electricity bills and telephone bills are paid

always paid the same through PayTM to her. It has been submitted
through the application that both
messaged him that he will transfer Rs.2,300/- on Paytm wallet
and in lieu of that the complainant need to transfer ... complainant but he did not
transfer Rs.2,300/- on his Paytm wallet.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant
is an innocent person
from the possession of this petitioner, two e-wallets, namely,
mtabzo and paytm were created. Paytm e-wallet so created is in the name
Phonepay
wallet and in return he will transfer Rs.2300/- in Paytm wallet.
Complainant transferred Rs.2000/- on Phonepay wallet and also sent
the screenshot ... user, however he did not
transferred Rs.2300/- in complainant's Paytm wallet. The present
