service and assessed the same @ 40 % for two years. The PCDA (A)
Allahabad granted disability element at Rs. 24 per month.
3. Thereafter ... being
assessed @ 30 % for ten years by the medical board. However, the
PCDA (P) Allahabad re-assessed the degree of disability as less than
disability element of
disability pension of the petitioner was forwarded to PCDA (P)
Allahabad. However, the PCDA(P) Allahabad vide letter dated
20.08.1998 rejected
granted to the
applicant for two years by the Pension Sanctioning Authority,
PCDA(Pensions) Allahabad . Later Re-survey medical board of the
applicant was held ... disability was assessed as 20% permanent.
But the PCDA(Pension) rejected the claim of the applicant and assessed
the disability of the applicant as less
years.
5. Thereafter, the claim of the disability pension was
processed with PCDA(P). Since the disease was not connected with
service and the degree
pension for life @ 20%.
3. It is pertinent to mention here that PCDA(P) Allahabad
accepted his disability @50% for two years and notified Pension
policy letter dated 23.01.2018, and,
on the basis of above letter PCDA(P), Allahabad, has also issued a
Circular No.596 dated 09.02.2018, vide which
life. Accordingly, the claim of the applicant was
processed to PCDA (P) Allahabad for adjudication, who however
rejected the same on the ground, that ... with an
advice to prefer an appeal against the decision of the PCDA (P)
Allahabad, if so desired, by 17.08.2003. Thereafter, the applicant
preferred
disability element @ 20 % w.e.f. 01st August 2015 for life vide
PCDA (P) Allahabad PPO NO. S/311 36/2016(Army) dated 05th
August
service.
3. The disability element claim of the respondent was rejected
by PCDA (P) Allahabad vide letter dated 09.11.1977. The respondent
respectively filed first
granted service
pension with effect from 01.04.2020 for life vide PCDA (P), Allahabad
Pension Payment Order No. 180202002081-0100.
