Black Peppers imported into India from Indonesia and Vietnam
respectively but by wrongly showing them ... certificate & authority letter to Customs
relating to consignments of Black Peppers imported in the name of
M/s. T.G. Enterprise were not signed

categorically stated, interalia that :
