disability i.e. 85%+5%.
9. In view of the above, this Court ... multiplier
applicable would be 18. Since the petitioner has suffered 90 percent disability
Thus the total loss of future earnings would
respect of claimant Abdul Hamid and not more than five
percent disability in respect of claimant Ajaz Ahmed. Thus, it is clear enough

5. Insofar as the first proposition is concerned, despite the fact that
case of an injured claimant that too having suffered 100% permanent disability, for his personal expense, no amount can be deducted under the head ... permanent disability suffered by him. Generally when a person suffers cent percent disability, no deduction should be made from the amount allowed for future loss
