himself in the Ph.D. course. It is undisputed that the petitioner got
himself enrolled in the Ph.D. course after obtaining permission
from ... rejecting
the petitioner's claim for the two additional increments for his Ph.D
degree.
Let me now consider
applied for enhancement of pay i.e.
for two additional increments for his Ph.D. degree which was
rejected by the concerned District Inspector ... writ petition in respect of the additional
increments for awarding the Ph.D. degree and the Appellate
Court granted the prayer for two additional increments
petitioner is aggrieved by
non-grant of two incremental benefits upon
attaining Ph.D. qualification on July 18,
