phodi conducted in the year 2004 whereby the property was
assigned
Lokayuktha Police on 09-03-2009, by alleging
that, for doing the Phody Durasti in respect of the land bearing ... office of
Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, for the
purpose of making phodi dusathi work,
demanded the illegal gratification of
Rs.4,00,000/- from
motu proceedings by the Deputy Commissioner for the
reason that while conducting phodi of certain bits of land
in Sy.No.64, an error ... with reference to their title and rights to seek phodi
and durasth of lands which are granted in their favour /
purchased by them
down for evidence. The defendant No.5 has made the
phody of the suit schedule property without the
knowledge of the plaintiff and recently ... measuring 1 acre 36 guntas. In
view of the subsequent phodi done by the revenue
authorities at the instance of the defendants, the present
application
land and also verified the
Special Deputy Commissioner order and effect the phodi
in respect of lands belonging to petitioner as well as
respondents ... obtained a
new number i.e. Sy.no.239 by way of phodi. It is
further claimed that while making dhurasth (phodi) an

complete the phodi operation within prescribed time
limit.
2. We have heard Mr.S.M.Chandrashekar ... subordinate Officers are concerned, they have prepared
the sketch and phodi operations were tentatively

prepared for approval of the competent authority i.e.,
Assistant
respondent No.2 to consider the application of
petitioner for conducting Phodi/Haddubastu to his
land measuring an extent of 4 acres ... shocking and
surprising that from 1949 till today
Phodi/Haddubastu work has not been done by the
authorities for the reasons best known to them
