with the intercepted call, the voice sample of the appellant was taken on
27.03.2018, i.e., nearly ten years after ... question and therefore, the sample
cannot be accurately matched with the intercepted phone call.
9.1. It was further submitted that SI Manjeet Sharma
Delhi for obtaining expert opinion from
forensic laboratory for intercepted calls of mobile phone no.
9811004309. Copies of relevant documents and transcriptions of
intercepted calls ... Analysis of transcriptions of mobile phone
no. 9811004309 revealed that this number remained on interception
from September 0210.2008 and was disconnected as regular order
informed
that an application had already been moved for intercepting the mobile
