land in dispute is reserved for a school
playground and as there is no other land in possession of the Gram
Panchayat for giving ... question to the petitioners as it is reserved for the
school playground. The Panchayat then filed an application under
Section 7 of the Act before

school, drinking wells, or ponds within abadi deh or
gorah
