that deceased husband of complainant obtained PMSBY
Insurance policy from opposite party No.2 through opposite
party ... deceased Ashok Kumar was not
insured with opposite party No.2 under PMSBY. It is further
pleaded that complainant did not complete required
formalities
Bank was insured under the Pradhanmantri Suraksha Bima Yojana
(hereinafter „PMSBY‟ for short) and premium of Rs.12/- was paid through
his Bank Account ... against them
and averred that deceased Santram Janbandhu was covered under the
PMSBY, but as the benefit of scheme is only provided in case
insurance claim to the complainant as
per insurance policy under PMSBY within a period of thirty
days from the date of receipt of copy ... name and style of 'Pradhan Mantri Suraksha
Bima Yojna'(PMSBY). The installments of premium were debited from
his said account from time

deceased Rumel Singh got Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema
Yojna (PMSBY) policy i.e. Prime Minister Safety Insurance
Scheme Policy from Oriental Insurance Company ... directed to pay Insurance claim as
per Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojna (PMSBY) policy
i.e. Prime Minister Safety Insurance Scheme Policy. In
addition complainants
enrolled himself under a scheme i.e.
Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY) on

Smt. Nirmla Devi Vs. The H.P.State Cooperative Bank ... ground that insured died on
30.05.2015, whereas the insurance under the PMSBY
scheme was to commence w.e.f. 01.06.2015. There is
deficiency in service
