could not release the tubewell connection to the respondent. One Bhag

27 directed the SHO, Police Station, Nahian Wala to provide police help to
the appellants in the presence of Duty Magistrate
this regard and even permitted the CESC Ltd. to obtain police help, if
necessary, in relation to this matter.
Having considered the present Appeal
