existing person in
the name of Kamal Sharma by submitting false police verification
report with ulterior motive.
(ix) It was alleged that the person whose ... Kamal Sharma was
sent to the office of Commissioner of Police for police verification on
August 11, 1999 and from the endorsement made
send the personal particulars form of said Rohit Kumar for
police verification after issue of passport to him.
