giving threats for legal action to the Senior Assistant ... elections nor

the certificate of Anti-Polio Drive issued in favour of respondent No.4 was

Dharampal pleaded that he never harassed his wife Mukesh for polio
disability. He was living with his wife and son in a separate house ... Dharampal about 9 years ago. One leg of
