This judgment of Poolpandi was subsequently considered by various
judgments including Senior Intelligence v. Jugal Kishore
notice the
decision of a Three Judges Bench in the case of
Poolpandi and Others v. Superintendent,
Central Excise and Others ... Jugal Kishore Samra (2011) 12 SCC 362,
wherein the decision in Poolpandi 's case
(supra) was also referred to and, ultimately,
having regard
final report as in the case of a Police Officer. In ( Poolpandi v. Superintendent, Central Excise ), the Apex Court while affirming the decision
made to the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Poolpandi etc. v. Superintendent, Central Excise
above conclusion. This decision was considered by the Supreme Court in Poolpandi v. Superintendent, Central Excise and laid down the principle.
