not co-operated so far to undergo the potency test through the
hospital authority concerned. Sri.M.Sasindran, learned counsel

absolutely unnecessary and irrelevant to insist for potency test
and but that the Investigating Officer so insist, the petitioner
have no objection
petitioner will fully co-operate with the conduct of potency test, paternity

5. Learned Public Prosecutor ... investigating process and shall also co-operate in the conduct
of potency test as well as paternity test.
7. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed
operate with the
investigation for due completion of other formalities like potency
test, as the same could not be completed earlier only because the
petitioner ... make himself available for
interrogation and for the conduct of the potency test and that this
Court may issue necessary directions to ensure that
investigating
officer shall insist that the petitioner shall undergo potency
test etc, then he should co-operate in that regard. If the
interrogation process
case the Investigating Officer finds that it is necessary to
conduct potency test, such action may also be considered.
iv. If the abovesaid process
operate with the
investigation and even though to undergo any potency test, and that
this Court may direct to grant anticipatory bail in the facts
necessary and that he has been identified by the victim and potency test
had to be conducted etc. Further that the investigating agency
operate with the
Investigating Officer in the conduct of any potency
test, if it is so insisted by the Investigating Officer.
iv. The petitioner shall
investigation process including the conduct of
medical test such as potency test, etc.
(c) The petitioner shall not involve in any criminal
offences of similar
petitioner has already been interrogated by the Investigating Officer
and potency test has been conducted in relation to the above crime,
