already been evicted ... present case for more than seven years despite the
reliefs/prayers being infructuous as admittedly the
request/application of defendant No.2 for grant
findings as per reliefs sought by the plaintiff as
follows:
Prayer (i) Grant a decree of Possession of the suit property i.e.
House ... Hence, the relief of possession in
the present suit is rendered infructuous.
