4. The petitioners had approached this Court, while
option to purchase the said estate.
In other words, a right of pre-emption was given in favour
of the 1st defendant. That was done
which would result in validating
the other report. This Court would not pre-empt the
proceedings initiated under the Criminal Procedure
Code , with an observation
evidence and say this way or other; which would either lead to
pre-empting the jurisdictional Court or scuttling the investigation
