4. The preamble to the Constitution of India says:-
WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to
constitute India ... individual and
the unity and integrity of the Nation;"
The preamble to Constitution is a part of it and the objective specified
integrated Bharat is the arch of the
Constitution set down in its preamble. Articles
39 and 38 enjoins the State to provide facilities
and opportunities ... settlement. Any
attempt in that behalf would be unconstitutional.
The Preamble of the Constitution assures
integrity of the nation, fraternity among the
people and dignity
orderly progress
towards the social order contemplated by the preamble to
the Constitution. They do not permit any kind of slavery,
social, economic or political ... framework, and belies the aspirations
set out in the preamble thereto. The preamble to the
Constitution is the Constitution. It is the most basic feature
petitioner also relies on the Preamble to the Constitution of India which secures to all its citizens "Justice - social, economic and political ... petitioner contends that in view of the Preamble to the Constitution which has been held to be the basic structure of our Constitution in Kesvanand
Constitution as also the Preamble to the Constitution mandates disclosure of
information.
3. The questions for our determination in this petition are: (i) whether ... lies in Article 19(1)(a) , 21 and 25 of the Constitution and preamble
thereto. To answer the question, it will also be necessary
