Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 (for brevity, Act of
1978), at Police Station ... know that the business of company
is against the Prize and Chits and Money Circulation Scheme Act,
1978. The same may be investigated. I therefore
reproduced herein under:-
"2(c) "money circulation scheme" means any scheme, by

respect of tickets so sold is issued. Details of the prize money are submitted
happening whereof depends on chance.
A lottery is a scheme for the distribution of prizes by lot or chance."
