September 2005. While examining the issue of validity of termination of
the probationary engagement of the petitioner, it proceeded to record as
follows ... basis of "Evaluation of work of Shri Arora" during probationary
period.
3. Shri Arora is said to have been verbally warned
before this Court as well as before the Tribunal is that the probationary
period of two years and its extension thereof by the petitioner ... Rule 4 (f). The DSEAR makes provision for the
probationary period of an employee under its Rule 105, which is
reproduced hereunder:-

probationary period automatically gets confirmation

of the respondent bank and after
Karnataka Judiciary on 30.09.2008 and
reported for duty on 01.07.2009 and the probationary period
was fixed for two years from the date of reporting duty ... Neither the appointing
