this Court was as to whether on the expiry of the probationary period of an employee whether his services should be further extended ... deemed to have been confirmed on the expiry of the probationary period. In those circumstances this Court held that the order of termination which
work and conduct of the petitioner was not satisfactory during his probationary period and as such his services were rightly dispensed with. The appellant filed ... appellant's work and conduct was not satisfactory during his probationary period.
This finding was recorded by the Apex Court after going through
Lower Division Clerk on temporary basis for a period of three months. He was subsequently confirmed ... prior to completion of one year's probationary period w.e.f. 1.4.1980. It has been further contended in the writ petition that
