filed by the second defendant in which she procured
an interim injunction. On these allegations the suit was
laid.
3. The defendants resisted the suit ... regards item No.6 it was
contended that Et.A6 document was procured from the
second defendant by threat and coercion and that
documents now produced by the petitioner
cannot be relied on for the purpose of considering whether
the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. These
documents ... observations made by this court on the last
occasion, the documents have been procured for the
purpose of this case. At this point of time
document in pursuance to the information given by late
Krishnan Nadar. He would further say that on 05.04.2004,
Krishnan Nadar had told that the document ... evidence of PW2 would show that he procured stamp paper and
had drawn up the document. But, as rightly pointed out by the
learned counsel
allegation against him is that he submitted forged
documents before the RTO, to procure badge for driving an
autorickshaw. The petitioner would point out that

managed to procure loan from the Bank in the name of
the defacto complainant in Crime ... petitioner who had removed the documents from
the almarah of her house. May be that the first
petitioner procured the same with the help

to enable them to get the necessary visa ... visa could not be procured.
Thereafter as per Annexure A5 application put up by the third
respondent, the relevant documents produced by respondents

alleged to have been prepared at the site contain the crime
number and that would clearly shows that these documents
were subsequently drawn ... application. It
was then contended that requirements of law are satisfied by
procuring two independent witnesses and that is seen to have
been done
Negotiable Instruments Act .
In support of his contentions, the accused had produced
documents. The above contention was considered by both
the courts below in considerable ... dated
24.5.1999. There is nothing to indicate that the intimation
was wrongly procured by him for the purpose of issuing
statutory notice. Apart from

Relying on Annexure-C series of documents and also on the fact that
amount alleged to have used ... handed over Rs.2,50,000/- on 3.2.2007
though a visa was procured by him, validity was for a short period, after 8
months
