document. In normal course defendant Krishan Kumar
petitioner No.1 and that he
has been able to procure fake documents in order to defraud the
Court.
Taking into consideration, the right
report of the petitioner, the
respondents had informed that no tender documents for procurement of
HDPE bags could be issued to the ancillary units till
such events, it was not
possible for the claimants to have procured these documents.
On the pleadings of the parties, the following issues were
framed

6. We find no reason ... Ministry of Home Affairs. The
Ministry of Home Affairs will procure the documents from the National Archives
by giving them the proper reference number
aforesaid documents and to come to a conclusion that the certificate dated 10.10.2003 is a genuine document.
