depend upon his client in procuring the document such as the statement
of the Bank and other documents pertain ... that the Chattered Accountant
has any role either in preparing or procuring the document for being
placed before the authority and to ascertain the genuinity
part of the larger conspiracy in generating documents

Guwahati, has illegally sold by the petitioner with
conspiracy and by forging documents and also has illegally acquired guns/rifles
belonged to deceased father ... possession of the petitioner. The deceased
Mazumdar has all the legal documents to procure the gun/rifles which was also
in use during his lifetime
