they supported the case of prosecution that
respondent by forging the document procured 15 tons urea in
place of 5 tons. Matter pertains to interpolation ... only person in
whose possession those documents were placed and he by
forging those documents procured much more quantity of DAP

(15) Based on the examination of the documents procured by the Jpc, the report of the Central Investigating Agency, the testimony

"12. If bringing on record a document is essential for
proving the case by a party, ordinarily the same should ... fishing enquiry. It would also not assist a
party in procuring a document which he should have
himself filed.
13. There cannot furthermore
investigation, recorded the statement of C.W.2, 3 and 4, procured the
documents with respect to the said transaction and afterwards filed the
charge
