10. Therefore, according to the 4th respondent, it
is clear and evident
abovementioned cattle shed
on the ground that the roof of the said cattle shed projects into
the abovementioned pathway and such a projection is

remove the roof projection of 60 cm into the pathway and if
not Municipality will take steps
above said roofing and also falsely stated that there is a projection
