suffered in connection with the road traffic accident occurred on
21.07.2015.
3. Learned Tribunal, on verifying
petitioner was

suffering from lumbar disc prolapse. The above problem was
taken seriously by the respondent. She believed that ... denied. The contention that due to the petitioner's disc
prolapse, the respondent suspected the petitioner's potency
and she has commented that

3. It is seen from the said medical certificate
doctor certified loss of earning capacity as follows:
"1.Cervical disc prolapse C3 - C4 causing
severe neck pain and limitation of all the
movements ... head.
2. Severe brachial neuralgia both upper limb
due to disc prolapse.
3. Weakness of both upper limb muscles
causing difficult to lift roots
that too the reason for disability is the lumbar disc prolapse.
He has no abrasion, contusion or any sort of injury on the lumbar
region ... head. Then

subsequently on account of the prolapsed disk he has taken leave
and there is nothing to show that
diagnosed as a case of "penetrating corneal
scleral wound with iris prolapse".
2. The Tribunal after considering the oral and
documentary evidence adduced ... sustained a "penetrating corneo scleral wound
with uveal tissue and utreous prolapse and traumatic
cataract" in his right eye. The certificate further indicated
from 3.9.97 to 11.9.97. It was revealed that he had
sustained disc prolapse L5 S1 following a road traffic
accident. The Medical Board which examined ... seen from the
disability certificate that he is having disc prolapse of L5 and
S1. An orthopedician was also there in the Medical Board.
