Ancient Monuments Preservation Act (1 of 1112), the Ancient
Monuments Preservation Act IX of 1110 (Cochin Act) and the
Ancient Monuments Preservation ... protected monuments
and areas, which reads thus:-
"4. Power of Government to declare ancient
monuments, etc. to be protected monuments and areas
churches situate side by side
and a two storied building as protected monuments under the
Kerala Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and
Remains ... protected monument, they may issue a
notification. Two months notice should be given of their intention
to declare such ancient monument as protected monument
