PW-1 was cross-examined by Ld. Proxy counsel for
accused wherein inter alia he stated that there were no CCTV
cameras ... accused was arrested. He further admitted
that two mobile phone were recovered form the accused when IO
has again checked the accused. He further stated

the revisionist with proxy counsel was very much present. On

Court had raised an
objection regarding its maintainability in its present form, as an
order declining the summoning of accused persons amounted to
