5. Being aggrieved by the deprivation as meted-out to the petitioners

Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) to the possible extent.

enrolment and maximum teacher is 21:1, PTR with maximum
with the Headmaster can be provincialised. However,
when the Parent Teacher Ratio (PTR) exceeds 30 in a given L.P. School,
consideration for one additional

also to improve the quality of education.
