Single Judge with regard to the Pupil - Teacher Ratio (PTR) as
provided in G.O.(MS)No.154/2014/G.Edn.
4. Before ... ratio is to be maintained on a school basis. Considering the issue
at length, the learned Single Judge held that the Pupil - Teacher

alone suffice and would also depend on the interpretation
of PTR ratio as provided in the RTE Act . Attention would also have

17. The further contention against G.O.(MS)
No.154/2013 is with respect to the revision of PTR
