being treated by regular medical practitioner or a quack. So, petitioner being
victim is entitled to compensation for his injuries ... judgment, undersigned is of the view that
important matter relating to quack should also be dealt with. In the present case
petitioner / injured
particular system of medicine but practices in
that system is quack and a mere pretender to
medical knowledge or skill, or to put it
differently ... life or undergoes irreparable damage to his health at the hands of
quacks. Several thousands quacks, like the convict herein, are playing
with lives
