quashing of the FIR without their names being included in the quashing

The above information in the form of counter affidavit filed
additionally pleaded that since the notifications in question have been quashed qua interests of Shri Banwari Lal Sharma, co-owner of the petitioner ... said notifications have been quashed at the instance of a co-owner, they ought to be quashed qua the petitioner also. That contention cannot
subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are ordered to
be quashed qua the petitioners."
A perusal of the above reproduced judgment would show that ... bonafide, then the FIR and the subsequent proceedings arising
therefrom were quashed qua the petitioners therein on the basis of
compromise.
As per the Full
impugned FIR and all the consequential
proceedings arising therefrom be quashed qua him only. In
support of his submissions, he has placed reliance ... impugned
FIR and the consequential proceedings arising therefrom can be
quashed qua petitioner only. In this regard, he has rightly placed
reliance on the judgments
Supreme Court, the said notification deserves to be quashed qua the present petitioners also.
