3. Accused no.1 was caught by the raiding party
based upon intelligence report received by them
on 25.7.2006 that a truck bearing ... note as per
Exh.202, and therefore, they have to prepare for
raid and search to ascertain such intelligence.
For the purpose, two panchas were
officer Mr. Patel. Thereafter, the complainant, panchas
and members of raiding party went near GPO office and then,
the complainant and panch No.1 came ... instructions of ACB officer, the panchas, complainant
and other members of raiding party came to ACB office, where

shown his willingness to act as a panch in the said raid.
Thereafter, his search was carried out and pocket of left
side ... complainant. Panchas were
called and required instructions were given to members of
raiding party. Thereafter, the preliminary panchnama was
drawn. Thereafter, two panchas and certain

11:55 hrs., one house situated at Gatiyavas, Visnagar, was
raided by the police on the basis of secret information by one
Police ... sale purpose. The said fact was verified and
the said house was raided as shown by one Mansuri Raziyaben
Nazirbhai Husenbhai, resident of Lal Darwaja
while panch No.2 was advised to stay with the members of
raiding party. The complainant was also instructed to give
signal after the demand ... presence of panch. Then, the complainant gave a fixed
signal to the raiding party and upon getting the fixed
signal, the raiding party came there
Police Agency that
one person was carrying 950 grams Charas. Accordingly, a raid was
conducted near by Suryamukhi Hanuman Temple at Hapa Market ... members raiding party. On being search by the members of
raiding party, 950 garms Charas was found from the possession of
the appellantaccused
house and,
therefore, P.S.I. Mr. Chavda has conducted raid
at the residence of the appellant, where he found
980 Grams of Charas having ... house,
therefore, he reached with weighing machine where
police and raiding party were present and then he
weighed the contraband material found from the
place
called police
personnels. On 06.10.2009, all the staff members
including members of raiding party went to Bhuj in
Government vehicle. On next ... morning, they went to Jubilee Circle of Mandavi and
member of raiding party Police Inspector Mr. Chudasma
arranged two panchas and they were informed about
police party, led by PSI
Vrajkant Govind Jha, PW 4 Exh 14, raided the
area at the botanical garden at Saputara
Road, near Vaghai ... persons coming. Each
person was carrying a black plastic bag. The
raiding party could arrest accused No.1 at
