petitioners are the original respondent Nos.1 and 2 in
Rasta Case No.27/2013 which was decided by the

7 Considering the above, I do not find that the Petitioners have
made out a prima facie case for grant of interim
their party position in
the title suit.

6. The case of the plaintiff(respondent) is that plot
no.219, having ... been
enjoying the disputed Schedule-III land as Rasta. It was his
specific case that that through a sale deed dated 10.02.1996,

connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, registered

there is no injury report in the case diary and the parties have also
settled

18.12.2017 in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 288 of
2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections ... dispute over giving rasta between the parties for
which mother of petitioner no.2 has also lodged Complaint Case
No. 3470 of 2017 before
