The above provision bans or prohibits a private transfer
sufficiently safeguarded in such a situation by entitling him a rateable distribution of the proceeds of the sale. This is the only way left
Section 73 of the Civil Procedure Code which deals with rateable distribution among decree-holders. There are no doubt observations in the judgment
