North West ... Mafia exploited the said provision in
criminal conspiracy with the officials of RCS.
(ii) It was alleged that the Society was registered with RCS
thereafter were revived by Registrar,
Cooperative Societies (hereinafter referred as 'The RCS') Delhi on the
basis of false/forged documents ... recommendation of the RCS.
Land was allotted to these societies by the RCS. The preliminary enquiry

Cooperative Societies, (hereinafter "RCS"), also the Accused No. 1 in the
Chargesheet.
d. The Society ... enquiry also revealed that official of Registrar of Cooperative
Societies (hereinafter "RCS") had abused their official position as public
servants in conspiracy with

office and was well known to the officers/officials of said office ... which the application for revival of the society was processed in the
RCS office blindfoldedly without raising any suspicion about the same
