and the post be re-advertised. Accordingly appointment has not been
approved by the Commissioner of Higher Education ... University or the Commissioner and the post has
to be re-advertised.
In their separate written statement filed by respondent no.4,
again the factual
requisition by the Government to the Public Service Commission and the re-advertisement of the posts, I am of the view that the petitioners ... holding as under:
(i) Advertisement of posts does not debar the Government from revising the qualifications.
(ii) If the posts are re-advertised after
that instead of making regular selection in pursuance to the advertisement dated 28.7.1998 the University re-advertised the post on 19.4.1999 and substantially lowered ... parties have been heard.
5. As regards the prayer for quashing the advertisement re-advertising the post of Public Relations Officer in April
immediately approached the
court even at the time when re-advertisement was made in the year
1985. Learned Senior Counsel Sh. Agnihotri would contend that ... petitioner did not know about the fact that a re-advertisement was
made and that a person, who had been selected within
qualifying marks. On this basis, the respondents
have taken a decision to re-advertise the location, for which the
petitioner has not even made ... such location called Ding
Mandi and so, the site has been re-advertised on 30.4.2010, where
the petitioner had not filed any application.

6. The process of re-advertisement is stated to have been carried through and in all seven tenders were received ... confirmed and, therefore, the learned company judge was wrong in ordering re-advertisement.
8. Learned Counsel for the newly impleaded respondent No. 3 contended that
came to know that the
defendants were re-advertising the post for which plaintiff had
already been selected on 18.10.2007. Hence the necessity arose ... partly decreed in favour
of the plaintiff. The defendants are restrained from
re-advertising the post of Anganwari Worker, Village
Karanpur, Block Pinjore, District Panchkula

6. A perusal of the aforesaid rule shows that selection
