After interrogation, the assessee filed revised return of income on 17.01.2006
accepting the sale consideration ... long term capital gains at Rs.5,27,543/- in the revised return of income.
Along with return of income, the assessee also enclosed
about the assessee’s claim of expenses made in the re-revised

16. On the above issues the learned Tribunal had given detailed
reasons
agriculture income of Rs.88,000/- only. The assessee also
filed revised return on 11.4.2008 declaring therein an income of
Rs.28,44,500/- plus ... During the assessment proceedings, the
assessee once again filed revised return of income on 27.02.2009 declaring
therein an income of Rs.1,62,817/- plus
