amongst the teachers who is not below the rank of
Reader/Associate Professor. It is stated that the petitioner has not
been promoted ... post of Reader/Associate Professor in the
University till date and there is no notification to this effect.
9. Learned senior counsel has also taken
each Department must
have a teacher of the rank of Professor or Associate Professor
(Reader). According to him, on the basis that there ... submission that
the requirement is of having 1 Professor or 1 Associate
Professor/Reader in each of the Departments, namely,
Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine
Associate Professor, Assistant Professor.
36. In the said recommendation it was stated as follows:
