the focus of the petition has been only on the redevelopment of Kidwai
Nagar (East). The petition is therefore, confined to this limited challenge ... optimum utilization of the existing land resources. The said proposal for
redevelopment was approved by the Cabinet on 12.10.2010.
5. A detailed project report
year
2013, respondent No.1 approached the appellant with a proposal
for redevelopment of the said property under Regulation 33 (7) of
the Development Control
effect from 3rd March, 2015, which deals
with restrictions on sale, transfer, redevelopment, change
of use etc. in relation to government land and provides ... concessional rates
will not be available if the property is to be redeveloped. I
will hasten to add that maintenance, repairs or renovation

10. The petitioner society had published a notice ... dated 22 nd
December, 2002 informing members to bring quotations for
redevelopment of the suit property from builders/developers
known to them.

has declared its policy called as Redevelopment of
Public Houses (Redevelopment of the Public Housing
Scheme), 2016 (hereinafter referred ... Scheme" for short). The said Scheme provides for
redevelopment of housing colonies. The petitioners
have placed on record the Scheme at AnnexureB with
occasions to the trustees of the trust for
getting the rights of redevelopment of the trust property.
