01.06.2009. Alongwith the said email, a regret letter dated 25.06.2009 was
also attached, wherein the defendant stated that ... acceptable to the defendant. Thereafter, on receipt of
email dated 26.06.2009 and regret letter dated 25.06.2009 attached with
the said email, plaintiff replied vide letter
