High Court of Kerala and, if so,
whether any order of regularisation was ever passed in
this matter.
(b) The applicants have stated that after ... persons but they
are not regularising them. They state that order for
regularisation of 233 casual artists of Doordarshan
have, in fact, been passed
decided that question of
their regularisation is already decided and cannot be
reopened. The relevant minutes of this Committee read as
under:
"Minutes ... 2529/2015 filed for joining together is already
allowed on 19.07.2017.
7. Regularisation is a specific process before which a
selection has to take place
applicant had pleaded that 50% of his
daily wage service prior to regularisation needs to be
counted for his qualifying service towards pension.
The applicant ... least from 01.01.2004. This is
in the context that with his regularisation w.e.f. 28.07.2004
he is being covered under the New Pension Scheme
scheme shall be called "Casual Labourers
(Grant of Temporary Status and Regularisation) Scheme
of Government of India, 1993."
2. This Scheme will come ... allowed to carry forward
the leave at their credit on their regularisation. They will
not be entitled to the benefits of encashment of leave
concluded:
"Petitioners filed their respective OAs before
Tribunal on this claiming regularisation of
their services as Enquiry Clerks for having
worked in that capacity ... dismissed their OAs holding

that that neither award had directed their
regularisation nor did the post of Enquiry
Clerk exist against which they could

regularisation of their casual employment. This OA was
decided by the Tribunal ... notice on 29.10.2015. Thereafter she
filed an OA No.688/2016 seeking regularisation. This OA was
dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 19.02.2016. This
order
prayer to direct the respondents :-
"(a) to initiate the process of regularisation of their
services in terms of the judgment ... take
into account, the services put up by the applicants for
regularisation would result in sheer waste of human
resources.
5. For one reason
scale of Rs.196-232.
Thereafter for regularisation, a screening test was held on
30.04.1987 and he was declared fit and regularised.
2. He appeared ... casual employee subject to his
being conferred temporary status and eventual
regularisation was entitled to reckon for the purposes of
pensionary and terminal benefits
considered for re-
engagement for grant of temporary status and regularisation
in accordance with the DOP&T Scheme applicable to the
CPWD ... reconsider the case of the applicant for
grant of temporary status and regularisation in accordance
with the Scheme applicable to the causal workers
before this Tribunal, feeling aggrieved by the
withdrawal of the order of regularisation. The O.As were
allowed through order dated 23.05.2016 on the sole ... findings, a speaking order dated
26.07.2019 was passed, revoking the orders of
regularisation.
