Kerala Panchayat Building (Regularisation of
Unauthorised Construction) Rules, 2014 defines 'unauthorised construction'
as under:
"2. Definitions.- (1) In these rules, unless ... words "Unauthorised Construction" is defined under
Section 2(k) of the Kerala Panchayat Building (Regularisation of
Unauthorised Construction) Rules, 2018 and the same
realisable
at the rate prescribed at the time of regularizing the unauthorised
